Postage and Returns
Please remember almost all jewellery is handmade to order, therefore there is a 14 day turn around before your items will be posted.
Postage
I currently have three options for UK postage.

Pick Up - If you are local to Ivybridge, South Devon you may want to save postage costs and collect from Silver Fescue's Workshop. Details will be sent via email if you choose this option. You can always use the contact form before ordering if you have any questions about this.

Standard Postage £3.99 - Generally this will be Royal Mail (unless there is Strike action) 2-5 working days once posted.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next day by 1pm £6.35 - This is a signed for item, next day and it has added compensation of up to £500.
At this moment in time I am only offering UK postage.

Please bear in mind that almost all Jewellery items are made to order as I am only a small business, because of this there will be a 14 day turn around before your items will be posted.

I do not take any responsibility after postage of your items. Items are posted at your risk.
All orders will be sent with a tracking number, sent via email once posted.

I use recyclable packaging for all my items, please reuse or recycle correctly.

Returns
As a small handmade jewellery business I can not accept returns, unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
I appreciate it is hard to choose jewellery online as it is such a personal thing, I have tired to add as much details to the listing as possible as well as photos.

I do offer E-Gift Cards, if not sure on someone's sizes, this can be a good option.
